My solution was to develop a cohesive visual system that simplified complex health information and made it approachable for everyday consumers. I led the design direction across digital campaigns, product launches, and educational content—building templates and creative standards that streamlined production while maintaining brand clarity and trust. Through close collaboration with marketing, medical, and compliance teams, I ensured every piece of creative delivered both accuracy and emotional connection—helping ResMed engage consumers with confidence and empathy.
The vision behind ResMed’s shift from B2B to B2C was rooted in a desire to bring better sleep directly to the people who need it most. As ResMed expanded beyond medical partnerships, the goal was to transform complex healthcare technology into something approachable, empowering, and personal. The launch of the AirMini CPAP marked a major step in that journey—introducing a portable, user-friendly device that gave consumers freedom and confidence in managing their sleep health.

At ResMed, I played a key role in transforming the company’s identity from a medical equipment provider to a consumer brand centered around better sleep. My design approach focused on clarity, warmth, and connection—bringing emotion and trust to technology. The AirMini CPAP launch became the cornerstone of that transformation, introducing a new visual and strategic direction that made sleep therapy feel personal, modern, and empowering.
