I streamlined templates for campaigns, sales, and internal communications—making it easier for teams to produce on-brand materials quickly. By leading cross-functional collaboration, I ensured every piece of creative aligned with Southwest’s tone and visual language, while still leaving room for fresh ideas and bold design moments.
